Extreme Fight Lab (EFL)
Extreme Fight Lab (EFL) offers comprehensive training programs in mixed martial arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and free combat for both adults and children with a focus on creating an open, scientific and enjoyable training atmosphere as well as a supportive and friendly fighting community. Our professional coaching team, comprising MMA champions and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belts from around the world offers both professional and amateur training options.
EFL was established in 2018 and currently operates two gyms:
- EFL (Jingting Mansion Main Gym): A601, Jingting Mansion, No. 1000 Hongquan Road, Minhang District, Shanghai
- EFL (Star River Bay Branch Gym): Health and Fitness Center, Star River Bay Hotel, No. 3799 Duhui Road, Minhang District, Shanghai
