Extreme Fight Lab (EFL)

Extreme Fight Lab (EFL) offers comprehensive training programs in mixed martial arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and free combat for both adults and children, with a focus on creating an open, scientific, and enjoyable training atmosphere as well as a supportive and friendly fighting community. Our professional coaching team, comprising MMA champions and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belts from around the world, offers both professional and amateur training options.
EFL was established in 2018 and currently operates two gyms:
