SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping

For orders placed before 5 PM (Beijing Time) from Monday to Friday, we will ship within 24 hours of receiving the order. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the next business day.

International Shipping

We offer online purchasing and worldwide shipping.
Please note that international orders do not qualify for free shipping. A fixed shipping fee of $32 USD applies. For certain destinations, especially remote areas, shipping costs may be adjusted based on the rates provided by logistics companies. For remote areas, the shipping fee will be charged at the actual rate.

We use FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other reliable carriers. Delivery times vary depending on the
destination country, but under normal conditions, international orders are delivered within 10–14 days.

All customs procedures, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure about the process, please consult your local authorities before placing an order. Failure to pay customs duties or clearance fees may result in the package being returned to us, in which case all return shipping costs and any related fees will be borne by the customer.

The delivery timelines above apply to products that have passed our quality inspection. Customized products will be inspected before shipping.

Holiday Shipping Policy

Chinese New Year (Spring Festival) and National Day Golden Week: Please note that
delivery times may be extended by 3–5 business days due to increased logistics demand
during these national holidays. Final timelines will be displayed on the order confirmation
page.

Western holidays (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving): Domestic shipments will continue to be
processed according to the standard delivery schedule.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to arrange a return or exchange. Please contact us at info@alleone.cc within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Only unused, unwashed, and clean items with original tags are eligible for return or exchange. Refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, a $10 USD exchange fee (plus one-way shipping) will be charged. The exchange fee will be waived if the item is damaged upon arrival or if you are a first-time buyer. All shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. 
We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping for returns and exchanges. AL LEONE is not responsible for any damage or loss during transit.


Custom Orders

Due to their special nature, custom products require 6–8 weeks for production (excluding shipping time). A 50% deposit is required at the time of order, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

Please note: once production has begun or the order is in transit, custom products cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of quality issues.

Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the phone number and email address provided at checkout. This includes the tracking number, courier information, and a direct tracking link. You may also log in to your account at any time to view the status under “My Orders.” Tracking information is typically available within 3–4 days of shipment.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

Requests to modify order details (such as product size, color, or delivery address) can be submitted within 2 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order may have entered the sorting process and changes cannot be guaranteed.
