Cancellation

 

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

 

Returns/Exchanges

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly assist you with your return and/or exchange. Please contact us at info@Alleone.com
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all attached tags.
Customized products are non-refundable and may only be returned if they are defective or damaged due to a production fault.

 

Notes

 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
Should you wish to exchange your delivery with another item, there will be a $10 exchange fee (plus one way shipping), unless 1) the item is defective or  2) the reason for the exchange occurred after following our instruction and guidance. If you are a first-time customer, your exchange fee will be waived.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
For returns and exchanges, we highly recommend shipping with insurance coverage and transit tracking. AL LEONE is not responsible for missing or damaged packages or those that have been lost in transit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, as well as shipping charges associated with exchanges.
