RETURN POLICY
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have already been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help with a return or exchange. Please contact us at info@alleone.cc within 14 days of delivery to initiate the process.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Customized items are non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged due to a production issue.
Shipping & Fees
- If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
- If the item is being exchanged, a $10 exchange fee (plus one-way shipping) applies — unless:
- the product is defective; or
- the exchange is required after following our instructions and recommendations.
First-time customers will have their exchange fee waived. - If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- There is no restocking fee for returned products.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance. AL LEONE is not responsible for lost, damaged, or untracked return shipments.
Unclaimed Parcels & Customs
If a customer fails to pick up a parcel on time or does not pay the required customs clearance fee, the parcel may be returned to us.
In such cases, all return shipping fees and additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
