Maksim Hunt

Maksim Hunt is a young Brazilian jiu-jitsu athlete born in 2017 in South Africa and raised in Bali, Indonesia. Despite his young age, he has already begun building a promising competitive record in youth grappling tournaments.

Maksim started training Brazilian jiu-jitsu at the age of five and currently competes as a grey belt in youth divisions. Training regularly in Bali, he has shown rapid development and a strong passion for the sport.

In 2024 he achieved major success in youth competition, winning gold medals at both ADCC Indonesia and the AJP Youth World Championship. At ADCC Indonesia he secured all of his victories by submission, demonstrating a strong submission-focused style in competition.
