Danielle Kelly
Danielle Kelly is one of the most recognized names in submission grappling today. Known for her dynamic style and elite-level technique, she has established herself as one of the leading female competitors in the sport.
Originally from Philadelphia, Kelly began training Brazilian jiu-jitsu at a young age and quickly rose through the competitive ranks. Over the course of her career she has competed in many of the world’s premier grappling promotions, including ONE Championship, Who’s Number One (WNO), Fury Pro Grappling, Eddie Bravo Invitational, and ADCC Trials.
Danielle currently trains and prepares for competition in the United States, working with some of the sport’s leading grapplers and coaches, including athletes and instructors associated with Kingsway Jiu-Jitsu, such as John Danaher and Gordon Ryan.
Kelly gained international recognition after signing with ONE Championship, where she became the inaugural ONE Women’s Atomweight Submission Grappling World Champion. Throughout her professional career she has recorded victories over high-level opponents such as Jessa Khan, Carla Esparza, Roxanne Modafferi, and Cynthia Calvillo, further solidifying her status as one of the top female submission grapplers in the world.
