Ismail Talgat
Ismail Talgat is a youth grappling athlete from Almaty, Kazakhstan, born on April 27, 2012. He competes in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, grappling, and freestyle wrestling, and is considered one of the promising young competitors from Kazakhstan in these disciplines.
Ismail began training at the age of five and quickly demonstrated strong discipline and competitive potential. Since then he has consistently competed in both national and international tournaments, achieving success in several major youth competitions.
Over the past few years he has won titles at World and Asian level tournaments in jiu-jitsu and grappling, while also becoming a champion of Kazakhstan in multiple disciplines. His competitive style combines strong wrestling fundamentals with submission grappling, allowing him to perform successfully across different rule sets.
Ismail continues to develop as an athlete with the long-term goal of representing Kazakhstan at the highest international level in grappling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
