Kaya Rudolph is a brown belt from Tauranga, New Zealand. He is currently training out of the B Team in Austin, Texas and also Absolute MMA in Melbourne Australia.
Kaya began jiu-jitsu at 8 years old, developing a deep passion and love of the sport. He started out at Legion 13 in Perth, Western Australia and quickly secured wins in the local competitions. By the age of 10 he was training with adults in one of Thailand’s top gyms before signing up for his first real challenge, the Abu Dhabi Worlds in which he placed second at the age of 14. Later, he moved to the Bali MMA to live and train until he was 17 and gained the opportunity to train with Lachlan Giles at Absolute MMA and later on Craig Jones which is when made it his goal to become one of the best in the No Gi scene eventually going to the States to train and achieve his goals.
Kaya Rudolph has taught many seminars across Europe, Australia and New Zealand covering Guard passing, Front Headlocks, Leglocks, Wrestling, and Back attacks.
